The children are expected to return to school today at 2:45 pm.
We are all really sad that it is our last day here at PGL, we have had an amazing time and can't wait to tell you all about it later today. We have packed our bags, had a lovely breakfast followed by room inspections this morning and we are now ready for our final morning of activities.
This morning we are taking part in problem solving, and Jacob's ladder before lunch and heading home. We can't wait to see you all and school will send an SMS with our expected arrival time later this afternoon.
Today's activities so far have included raft building, aeroball, climbing, sensory trail and abseiling. The weather has turned, it's chilly and the rain has finally caught up with us but we are embracing mud and still smiling. We hope the parents are looking forward to our experiencing PGL in a bag.
After a wet start, this afternoon was much drier. Our activities included climbing, rifle shooting and sensory trail. We had Mr Tickle’s favourite for dinner tonight - chicken nuggets. He loves them! After dinner, we went back to our rooms to do some packing before getting ready for disco. The adults embarrassed us with their dance moves - video evidence coming later on in the year. We hope you are all ready for our arrival home tomorrow afternoon (and our washing).
This morning our activities included trapeze, buggy building, abseiling and climbing although its a bit colder today its still dry and we are having lots of fun.
What an amazing afternoon! We have been raft building and taking them out on the water. Yes we got wet but it didn't bother us, we had so much fun and demonstrated some awesome team work. We have now warmed up again and have enjoyed our evening meal before tonight's entertainment. The children are embracing life at PGL and a number have conquered their fears and Poppy M scored a bullseye.
Breakfast today was at 7:30a.m. so an early start. We are already at our first activity. Bright blue skies as the sun is shining.
Our activities this morning have included giant swing, sensory trail and trapeze. We are now having lunch.
This afternoon our children have been rifle shooting and on the zip wire. We almost had Miss Cryer in tears too as Daisy, Ben and Alexa went down the zip wire. Euan wasn't going to take part either but after a bit of convincing he did it 3 times! We've had an amazing day of activities and enjoyed our first trip to the shop this evening too.
