We offer a range of session options for you and your child, school time hours, half days or full wraparound care from 8am-4pm.  Our nursery provides 40 spaces, including a maximum of 8 places for 2 year olds.  All children are entitled to 15 hours a week of free learning and care in an early years setting from the beginning of the term following their third birthday, for 38 weeks in a full year.  This totals 570 hours.  We also offer spaces for 3 and 4-year-old children who are eligible for 30 hours of free funding and 2-year-olds who are eligible for funding to provide free childcare.  If you think your child may be eligible for either of these, please follow the link below for more information.

Once you have been offered a place at Nursery, we encourage you to drop in for settling visits, where you can stay with your child. This helps you both get to know the staff and other children before your child starts with us. 

Nursery Fees

We are able to provide additional hours over your free entitlement, but these must be booked in advance. Please see below the cost of the additional hours (these will come into effect from September 2026):

These fees remain payable when making the booking or on receipt of an invoice. The invoices must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay on time may result in your child's place being withdrawn. 

Late Collection Fees 

Children must be collected at the end of their agreed booked session time. We ask that you contact the Nursery as soon as possible to let us know if you are running late to collect your child. 

If a child is not collected at the end of their booked session, the following fines will be charged:

£10 for the first 15 minutes and £10 for each subsequent period of up to 30 minutes. Parents who are persistently late in collecting their child after the agreed booked session time could be at risk of losing their place, even if late collection fees are paid. 

Absences

Nursery Fees are charged for the place at the Nursery, and therefore remain payable during absences, such as family holidays or sickness. 

We ask that you please notify the Nursery as soon as possible, if you know your child will be absent due to an illness or a family holiday. 

Notice Period

One calendar month's notice is required should you wish to withdraw your child from the Nursery, or reduce their booked hours. Fees will remain payable during the notice period.
