Mad Hair Day 2026 – Supporting St Michael's Hospice

On Friday 13th February 2026, our school was awash with colour, creativity and plenty of laughter as pupils and staff took part in Mad Hair Day 2026 in aid of St Michael’s Hospice.
Everyone was encouraged to have a bit of fun and style their hair in the most imaginative way possible – and they certainly didn’t disappoint! From cupcake buns and giant mohawks to themed hairstyles and crazy wigs, the effort and enthusiasm on display were fantastic. The school was buzzing all day as pupils proudly showed off their bold and brilliant creations.
Pupils and staff were invited to decorate, colour or style their hair (or wear a wig!) in return for a suggested £1 donation.
We were delighted to support such a worthwhile cause, with the money raised helping the hospice to create memory boxes for children who have lost a loved one at the Hospice. These boxes provide comfort and treasured keepsakes during incredibly difficult times.
Thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and helped make Mad Hair Day 2026 such a huge success. Together, we showed that having fun can make a real difference.
