How do I know if my child has received a private message on an assignment?
To check if you have been sent a private message on an assignment in Google Classroom you can open the assignment, and you will be able to see the message in the bottom right of the screen in the private messaging section.
If you don't know which assignment it is, you can click on the 'Classwork' page, then click on 'View your work', and you will see an icon that looks like a speech bubble next to the assignment. That will indicate there is a private message for you to read.
