Please check daily for updates whilst the children are away at PGL.
Have a lovely half term!
The children are up bright and early to pack up their belongings and have breakfast before heading to their final activities. Updates will be posted later this morning and text sent when the children are heading home with all their wet and muddy clothes - enjoy the homecoming!
The children have been amazing, they have continued to undertake the activities in sometimes torrential rain and they have conquered their fears and pushed themselves.
They are currently have lunch before heading home. The coach is expected at 14:15 please collect your child prompty from school at this time.
The children are up and ready for the last full day of activities, the weather is currently dry but a little bit of rain doesn't stop play with the Oakridge children.
The children are ready for the up and ready for another day of fun! Activities are underway and photo's will be uploaded throughout the day.
Pit stop for lunch to refuel after this morning's activities which have included the Giant Swing, Problem Solving and Trapeze. The groups move around this afternoon and we hope to see some blue skies for more Paddle Boarding.
Sadly much like home, it's a little wet at PGL but that hasn't dampened the children's spirits. The rain has been torrential at times but the children have persevered.
After a good nights sleep the children were up early this morning and heading off to breakfast in preparation for a full day of activities.
Some wonderful photo's coming back from PGL today, the bright blue skies have been a fabulous backdrop to the paddle boarding, climbing and sensory trail. Miss Charman is feeling the cold whilst Mrs Cameron's group found the sunshine.
A very excitable group of children (and staff) arrived at PGL safely and unpacked before embarking on team games. They enjoyed dinner (Chicken Katsu or Lasagne) before settling down for the night. A full day of activities tomorrow and we are sure the children will be very tired. Keep checking back for photo's.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
